I recommend coming here if you appreciate an in-person exam and good care. Dr. Gordon was very friendly and kind! I very much appreciate when eye doctors don't rush you; Dr. Gordon was very calm and didn't rush me at all. The staff was very polite too. The woman who did my pre-exam was patient and kind when speaking to me. I also really appreciate when things are explained to me, which they took the time to do! My contact testers didn't look 20/20 but they didn't get upset at me and were very nice about it! Explaining astigmatism/astigmatism contacts may not give me 20/20 but to let my eyes adjust and then if they do well, then I can place an order. I feel so appreciate they were not pushy in the slightest about ordering contacts/glasses! This place was very nice to go to and I absolutely want to go back in two years when I need a new eye exam! They even told me they price match and suggested where to check out prices. I liked this place and suggest it if you are trying to scope out where to go!

Amazing customer service. I loved the way they do the eye exam! I have never had an eye exam as professional as in this place. All the stuff absolutely so helpful. The virtual tech and doctor was so impressive and they were so nice and clear with the instructions. Thank you so much!

Services were fast and easy to complete, was in and out in 30 minutes! So grateful the staff and doctors were very helpful plus my glasses were ready in a week exactly! Highly recommend!

I had such a wonderful experience with Envision. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and truly caring. They made my babies feel comfortable and treated our family with so much kindness. Eric especially went above and beyond to help us. He assisted me and my three children — a total of four of us — and he was patient, supportive, and genuinely compassionate the entire time. You can tell he truly cares about helping people. Eric absolutely deserves a raise! He was amazing, and I’m so grateful he helped our family. The Envision Eye staff were excellent and super efficient. They were very involved in helping my son and me find just the right glasses! From the check-in with Jacob and the exams with Ruby, followed by the optician tasks with Eric, the process was seamless. We have been coming here for years and are always treated with top-notch customer/patient service. Mark and Norma have been at the location a long time- it is like a reunion each visit. I highly recommend coming here for comprehensive service- even the doctor who performed the virtual exam was friendly and professional- I always learn something new about eye health during the visits.
